Crockpot Roastbeef

Roastbeef in the crockpot is delicious. If you get a good cut of beef it makes it the best. I like to use Onion soup mix in mine. I buy a rump roast and put baby carrots and potatoes in the bottom. I add the beef. I top it with Onion soup mix,then add water and let it cook for several hours till tender. It makes a delicious meal.

Too many rules/whereever you go

There are too many rules where ever you go. Bosses at work have rules. Where you live , there are many rules when you live in an apt., or an association. I guess we just have to live with them. Some rules are so stupid though. They ae there to be a pain. Some rules for safety sakeare fine. We have to live with the good as well as the bad. America is a free country, but we have many little areas that have too many rules. We just have to go along with them no matter what we think. Life is a Bitch some times.

Tasty biscuits

I was doing my computer work at my friend’s house and she asked every one if they wanted biscuits for breakfast. every one said yes. She put cinnamon and sugar on the kids biscuits and her own. I just wanted butter on mine. These have always been tasty biscuits. These are the ones that pop out of the can. These are a classic biscuit. The buttermilk biscuits are the best. They filled the bill, in order for me to finish my computer work for the day.

Homemade Mac&cheese

I made some yummy homemade mac and cheese

last night. I made it with Cream of Mushroom

soup also. This is what Chip’s mom adds to her

Mac and cheese. it was good. I have to have mine

with ketchup on it because that is what we did

in my nuclear family. I still have to use ketchup

today. People may scoff, but people combine

many different things. I also used a sharp cheddar

cheese, which made it taste better to me. To each

his own though. If we all did everything the same,

that would be boring. “Variety is the spice of life.”

This Mac and cheese is always well received

whenever Chip’s mom makes it. Mine came out a little

different, but it was good just the same.
